Colour - Engraving material is made up of two parts, the CAP and the Core.  The Cap is the top surface, which is removed by the engraving cutter to expose the Core, which is the colour of the letters of graphics. To order colour, CAP then CORE e.g. Red/White as shown in Fig 1 or Green/Black in Fig 2.

Thickness - Material thickness available are 1.5mm (1/16”) and 3mm (1/8”).

Bevel - Beveling removes the sharp edge on the material leaving a 45 degree chamfer.

Size - Width and Height of label or sign to be cut.

Font - Box fonts are standard windows type fonts. Stroke fonts are made by a single tool path. The character width is governed by the tool diameter and has a radius at the ends of the character. Available in UPPERCASE only.
