Intaglio Digital Engraving

TERMS:
Payment for first time customers shall be in 7 days following the date of invoice.
Unless otherwise arranged with management.
Existing customers payment is due in full, 20 days following EOM (End of Month). All goods remain the property of intaglio, until paid in full.

TAX:
All prices quoted are exclusive of GST (Goods and Service Tax).

SMALL ORDERS:
The minimum order charge is $25.00 + GST excluding freight.

CLAIMS:
Claims must be forwarded within 7 days of receipt of goods.
All custom ordered engraving cannot be credited if ordered incorrectly by the customer.
Any claims for damage or missing goods must be filled immediately with intaglio in writing.

LEAD TIME POLICY:
Please ensure you give us as much time as possible to complete your order. We attempt to turn work around in 2 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday), For work required in less time, a rush charge may applied during busy times. This charge is relative to the increased cost incurred with respect to overtime, etc.

PENALTIES:
Customers failing to honour their obligations may, without notice, have their credit withdrawn, and incur interest at the rate of 5% per calender month. All costs incurred by intaglio to recover bad debts will be charged to the debtor.
